  Me & my family ate here last night. Our server, I believe her name was Courtney, was polite, attentive & very helpful with our many questions. Our Food came quickly & was great! Friendly staff & good food!

  This was a few weeks ago. Placed an order online. Set the pickup time for over an hour later as I was still at work but didn't want to wait for the pizza. I was sorely mistaken. When I arrived, I had to wait nearly 15 min just for someone to acknowledge me. Then I was told it would be about 10 min for my order to finish. No big deal. I don't mind waiting a little bit. 30 min later I ask about my food again and the rude manager told me "I TOLD you it would be 10 min. We are BUSY!". There was 5 tickets on the rack and no one in the restaurant. About 30 min later I finally receive my food. 1hr15min after it was supposed to be done and over 2 1/2 hours after I ordered it. Now before you say that I am being overly critical, I am a chef with 15 years experience and the first job I ever held was a pizza shop that handled 300-500 pizzas a night when it was slow. I understand that issues come up, but over an hour past pick up time with anything less than a full store is just unacceptable. I will never go back to this store.
